e-Customers Retention Management (eCRM) Model

This is the model developed to understand how online community helps to reduce feeling of isolation among e-learners and increase sense of community. Higher sense of community is perceived to cause higher level of satisfaction, motivation and commitment of students and thus increase retention rate.

Any idea how to interpret this?

based on social lerning theory , the commnication between the member will enhanced thier realationship. Even there is no mutual exchange of tangible interest , the links will be there , of course , if frequent direct contact will improve the situation.
